This cake is a 3 tier (8″ by 4″ rounds) in fondant and completely conner in flakes of rice paper.
The ribbon is a mix or gum paste and fondant tinted with brown and ivory icing color =, decorated with vine piped in royal icing , tip number 1 and mini silver dragees.
The spaces in between the tiers are 1″ high.
The ribbon roses in between the tiers are simple roses with silver dragees attached to them. The blow broach is a molded daisy painted with silver americolor sheen and decorated with gold dragees.
